Policies
I love all of my clients at The DollHaus Salon, and I want to make sure everyone feels at home. That’s why I've set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through my door has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. By submitting an e-mail, you fully understand and acknowledge you have seen and read through these policies and home care steps and hereby, release Jessica McCoy of the DollHaus Salon of any liability or in any way responsible for any changes or damages done to the hair (extensions/and or color service) if the client is not following the suggested homecare methods.

Reservation Fees:
Reservation fees are required to book al new color appointments. The fee is $50 and goes towards the total amount at the end of the scheduled appointment. Reservation fees are not refundable.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Cancellations are required a 48 hour notice prior to appointment time. If cancellation is less than 48 hours your reservation fee will not be applied to your next scheduled appointment and you will need to make another reservation deposit.

No Shows/No Call:
If a client fails to show up to appointment with no notice, the client will automatically lose their reservation fee and will be taken off the books indefinitely.

Late Policy:
If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will lose their reservation fee.

I understand life and emergencies happen and I will do my best to work with you. However, please understand this is a career and my business and how I support my family.
